My hauz in camella man gud, im planning to sell it. BUt medyo nag alinlangan ko kay mura ug padulong naman gud ug pag-boom ang srp karon, labi na matukod ang sm, filinvest ug bigfoot. Musaka ug samot ang prices diha ug maapil ang amoa sa srp kay duol ra man. what do you think? i will wait lang usa siguro noh mga 5 to 7 years from now. Bai, ask ko advise nimo.
