all i can say is never get any unit from camella homes ,,they are sucks,they dont build the house properly

Thanks a lot Richard, i get some information dha nmo unsay maau d ay buhaton,,kay mdyo they are plenty complaining na the same problem ni cebuana,,coz im planning sad nga mo kuha ko,g unit someday..

In my case Cebuana, nakuha nako ang hauz thru PAG-IBIG, foreclose siya then akong gi assume and i dont encounter any problem sa mga papers and in fact, i got the paper, deed of assignment, under my name already. I guess, case to case ra na imong problema and better follow-up with them. Kay so far, nindot ako experience diha and i guess, i deal directly with Pag-ibig and not with Camella Homes Realty.

CAMELLA, IS A FUCKING REAL STATE! ALREADY 3YRS.NAKONG NAGBAYAD IMPAS NAKO SA DOWNPAYMENT, SO KARON NAG START KO SA AMORTIZATION,HANGTOD KARON WALA PA GHAPON, WALA PA G TURN OVER ANG BALAY WALAY KLARONG SERBISYO! CGURO NAKAKUHA NA SA ILANG COMMISION.SO KAMONG NAGPLANO MAKA BALAY, U WILL REGRET CAMELLA REAL STATE! MAAU CLA MANGITA UG BUYER OR CLIENT PRO UG MAGSUGOD NAKA SA PAGBAYAD WALA NAY KLARO! INSTEAD NA MAKATABANG SA KABUS,TABANG HINUON UG DUOT SA KALISOD.
P.s. Para sa taga camella real state, cge lang mog pabaga sa inyong nawng, ni burot na inyong tiyan kinaon sa kwarta nga dli ninyo hinagoan!

Bonzai, try lang nako kay basta private property dili bya sayon mag take pictures. Mag over react dayon mga tao especially the security guards, and also if ang photographer DSLR ang dala!

I miss so much my place… I miss Camella Homes, i miss my house but most of all i miss my family. This place is so memorable to me, as in. Would you believe bai, even if i have a car, first time ko nipauli sa Cebu. I just ride tricycle always and lingaw kaayo ko. Dili nako ikabaylo ang cebu bai dire hehehe.
